Payment Plan Overview

Students who choose the payment plan must pay an initial portion before classes begin. All remaining payments must be made on or before their due dates to remain in good standing and maintain enrollment.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • A $500 deposit is required before March 2026 to secure enrollment and access orientation materials.

  • Late payments may result in a $25 late fee or temporary suspension of course access.

  • Students who fail to complete payments by March 1, 2027, will not receive transcripts, certificates, or degree issuance until the balance is cleared.

⚠️ Policy Reminders

  • Students must remain financially current to access course materials, submit assignments, or receive grades.

  • A $25 late fee applies to payments made after the 5-day grace period.

  • Returned payments will incur a $35 fee.

  • All tuition must be paid in full by March 1, 2027, to graduate, receive transcripts, or participate in commencement.

  • Refunds are granted according to SSCE’s official Tuition Refund Policy.
