ASSOCIATES DEGREE

APPLICATION & ORIENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

 

STEP 1: REGISTER ONLINE

Your first step is to complete the online registration form.

STEP 2: SUBMIT YOUR ESSAY

Write a short essay explaining why you would like to attend Stepping Stone Christian Education.
Email your essay to:

STEP 3: COMPLETE & UPLOAD DOCUMENTS

After registering and submitting your essay, follow these steps carefully:

  1. Go to the website menu under ASSOCIATES → PDF PRINTABLE FILES.

  2. Print and complete forms #3, #8, #9, #10, #11, #12

  3. Sign and date all documents.

  4. Make a copy of your photo ID.

  5. Scan and upload all CLEAR completed forms and your ID using Adobe Scan (photocopies will NOT be accepted).

⚠️ All required documents must be submitted no later than February 27th, 2026.
Late submissions will not be accepted. Submit early to secure your spot!
 

STEP 4: REVIEW STUDENT MATERIALS

All students are REQUIRED to:

  • Read the Student Handbook

  • Review the Grading Scale

  • Check the Class Schedule

  • Learn how to contact your professor​

 

STEP 5: ✅ APPLICATION CHECKLIST

☐ Email Your Essay
☐ Print, Sign, and Upload All Required Forms

Once your application is received and reviewed, you will receive an Official Acceptance Letter via email.
 

STEP 6: ATTEND MANDATORY ORIENTATION

Zoom links will be emailed to the address on file.
➡️ Verify your email address is correct.
If you do not receive a link, text The HUB immediately at (725) 502-9630.

Attendance at one orientation session is MANDATORY.
Students who are late or absent will not be permitted to attend class this semester.
This is a School of Ministry—punctuality and communication reflect your commitment to Kingdom excellence.

Orientation Dates (via Zoom | PST):

  • 🗓️ February 7th, 2026 — 10:00 a.m.

  • 🗓️ February 21, 2026 — 10:00 a.m. (Final Orientation)

  • (Please note the time zone difference.)

 

STEP 7: FIRST DAY OF CLASS

📖 All Students Begin:​

  • Saturday, March 14th, 2026

Please be advised that Stepping Stone Christian Education no longer offers the Free Associate’s Degree Program.

All Associate’s Degree programs are now tuition-based and part of our standard paid enrollment.
 

While some older PDF forms or archived materials may still reference the “Free Associate’s Program,” these references are outdated and should be disregarded. Our academic structure, tuition, and policies have been updated to reflect the continued growth and excellence of SSCE’s educational mission.
 

We encourage all prospective students to review the current Admissions and Tuition pages for the most up-to-date information regarding enrollment requirements, course fees, and program details.
